KNOW BEFORE YOU ORDER
PROOFS: Proofs must be requested upon placing the order. The first proof on an order is always free; however, each additional proof is $10.00/piece. If you make any changes to an order once the proof is approved, you will be required to pay for material charges if the order is already completed.
EXTRA ENGRAVING: Each item’s cost includes 75 characters of engraving. After that, it will be 5 cents per each additional character.
LOGOS: Logos and graphics can be added to orders. However, if we have never used your logo, there will be a one-time $15.00 logo addition fee to transfer your logo file to our system. Once the file has been converted and placed in our system, you will be able to use the logo/graphic on all future orders, free of charge!
ENGRAVING INFORMATION: All information for awards must be emailed or brought into the shop typed up. We do not take handwritten information or orders over the phone to ensure your order is completed correctly.
